Hamirpur: With the nomination of their candidate Satpal Raizada, Congress has claimed that people have sent a clear signal of change in the Hamirpur Lok Sabha constituency.
The significant event saw the presence of the state's Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, Pradesh Congress Committee leader Pratibha Singh, Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri, and several other prominent leaders.
Adressing the gathering after filing nomination Chief Minister Sukhu stated, "Satpal Raizada's candidacy demonstrates Congress's intention to establish a new direction in the Hamirpur Lok Sabha constituency."

Sukhu said he donated Rs 46 lakh for the hospital machines which should have been done by Anurag Singh Thakur from MPLAD fund.
People should give chance to Raizada as Anurag has been MP for over 20 years.
He further commented, "This candidacy reflects the public's trust in our welfare policies and presents a strong alternative against experienced leaders like Anurag Singh Thakur."
Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri added, "The enthusiasm of the people of Hamirpur is a clear indication of the desire for change in this election.
