Shimla: In a bid to resolve a spectrum of legal matters, the National Lok Adalat is set to convene on 9 December 2023 in all courts of Himachal Pradesh.
Jitendra Kumar, Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority in Kinnaur, highlighted that the Adalat will entertain cases ranging from NI Act violations and money recovery to labor disputes, electricity, water bills, and more.
Various pending cases, including criminal offenses, NI Act Section 138 violations, vehicle accidents, labor disputes, and marital issues (excluding divorces), among others, will be addressed.
Interested parties are encouraged to present their cases at designated locations such as the Judicial Court Complex in Rampur Bushahr, Reckong Peo, and Ani, or contact the Legal Services Authority office in Reckong Peo, Kinnaur district, for further assistance.
