Una, September 30 – Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri distributed financial aid under the Chief Minister's Relief Fund to the poor and underprivileged in the Haroli constituency on Monday.
On this occasion, he provided a total of ₹13.60 lakh in aid to 25 beneficiaries.
While addressing the gathering, Agnihotri emphasized that the Himachal government is deeply committed to supporting those in need.
He said, "Our government is dedicated to promptly helping the poor and underprivileged by providing financial assistance. The Chief Minister's Relief Fund serves as a beacon of hope for people in distress."
Agnihotri explained that the fund's primary goal is to extend relief to the most deprived individuals.
"We have ensured that in times of crisis, the government stands as a guardian for the people.
Whether someone is facing a disaster, illness, or any other hardship, our government is right there, providing swift financial aid to help them bring about positive changes in their lives," he added.
He also emphasized that the government aims to assist those in need with utmost sincerity.
"Our government is seriously working through various welfare schemes to uplift the needy. We are committed to making substantial improvements in the lives of the underprivileged.
These schemes not only aim to improve the financial situation of those in crisis but also target building a better and prosperous future for society," Agnihotri remarked.
