SHIMLA: Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Subhasish Panda directed the head of the departments to ensure completion of the developmental projects announced by Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur as per their deadlines.
Presiding over a meeting held here today with heads of various departments to review the time bound implementation of the announcements of the Chief Minister, Panda directed the departments to act expeditiously on the announcements related to them and to ensure completion of the developmental projects in a time-bound manner.
He said that the department should prepare a list of pending cases and send it to the administrative department, so that the works can be carried forward promptly.
He said that reports of under process cases of announcements should be uploaded continuously on the e-Samadhan portal so that their latest status can be observed.
Heads of various departments gave detailed information about the status of implementation of the announcements made by the Chief Minister.
Special Secretary to the Chief Minister Harbans Singh Brascon conducted the proceeding of the meeting.
