SHIMLA: As many as 13 accused, including four persons on Sunday have been arrested in connection with police constable recruitment test leakage case by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) constituted by the DGP Himachal Pradesh. The Case has brought to fore the presence of "Job Mafia" in the state.
The arrest of 13 accused in the paper leakage has brought to the fore that the “Job Mafias” is widespread and has deep roots in the state which is there to make quick money, commented the parents.
Unearth “Job Mafia” in the State
“It is a big test for the HP police to unearth this racket as future of the hard-working youth is at stake”, they said. Is this “job mafia” making money and are they also involved in other cases as well, should be brought to the public domain and their property be seized”, the parents demanded
The four who were arrested on Sunday included Vishal, 23, Gharana Sub-Tehsil Dheera, District Kangra, Vijay Kishore, 47, (Arun) Hajipur Tehsil Mukerian District Hoshiarpur (Punjab) at present whom lives in House No 408, Bharat Nagar, Pathankot, Vipin, 35, Kailash Nagar Ward No. 01, PO Nakroh, Tehsil Ghanari, Una. The fourth one is Narinder Kumar, 49, from Keshav Nagar Ibrahimpur, Delhi-36, who has given is address as A-59, Sarda Nagar, Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
The police informed that the SIT has arrested 13 persons in this case so far. As a matter of fact, police have lodged an FIR on 05-05-2022 under sections 420, 120-B IPC lodged at police station Gaggal Kangra.
DGP said SIT is investigating the case in scientific and professional manner.
