Solan: Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu presided over Shoolini University's 7th convocation. He awarded 63 PhD degrees and 77 Gold medals to students.
The Chief Minister praised the students for their hard work and quality education.
He emphasized the importance of dedication and service to society for a successful career. The CM shared his own journey from an ordinary family to a political leader heading the state.
He encouraged the youth to use their knowledge for the benefit of society. He highlighted the state's efforts in education and providing opportunities to the youth.
Chief Minister inaugurated the Centre of Emerging Technology during the convocation.
Health Minister Dr. Dhani Ram Shandil spoke about the state's initiatives and urged students to stay away from drugs.
Chancellor of Shoolini University, P.K Khosla, welcomed the Chief Minister and presented the university's achievements. Various dignitaries were also present at the convocation.
