Shimla- SJVN held its Fourth Conclave under the DRISHTI initiative in Kufri, Shimla.
The conclave, inaugurated by Smt. Geeta Kapur, Director (Personnel), SJVN, aimed to communicate the company's vision of becoming a 50,000 MW company by 2040.
The initiative includes training programs and sessions to inspire employees and enhance their capabilities.
Smt. Kapur emphasized the importance of teamwork and the need to overcome challenges for SJVN's success.
The conclave also featured a motivational session by renowned speaker Sh. Anurag Rishi, encouraging delegates to unleash their potential and work in sync with the company's vision.
SJVN currently has a project portfolio of 54,327 MW, with 2,091 MW in operation.
