IIT Mandi to Host Multidisciplinary Research Fair Anusandhan 2.0
MANDI: IIT Mandi is calling all researchers and scholars for its big multidisciplinary research and innovation fair, Anusandhan 2.0, happening on 18th and 19th June 2024. This event is set to be a major platform where leading minds from IITs across the country will gather to share and discuss their groundbreaking ideas and innovations.
The theme this year is “Interdisciplinary Research: Goals for a Sustainable Future,” and researchers can participate by submitting their abstracts or full-length papers by 5th June 2024. Final registrations close on 7th June, and the deadline for full paper submissions is 15th June.
Dr. Hitesh Shrimali, Dean of Students at IIT Mandi, expressed his excitement, stating, “Anusandhan 2.0 will spark the technical creativity of our youth and foster cross-disciplinary collaborations to address complex societal challenges.”
The event will cover a wide range of fields, including engineering, basic sciences, medical sciences, management, and humanities. Attendees can look forward to insightful talks from over 20 distinguished speakers, including notable names like Prof. Ramancharla Pradeep Kumar and Prof. Rama Shankar Verma.
The fair will feature presentations, posters, and interactive sessions. The top presenters will be recognized with prizes, including cash rewards and book coupons. All participants will receive certificates.
Organized by the SCRI club of the Research Society Students Gymkhana at IIT Mandi, Anusandhan 2.0 aims to celebrate and promote vibrant research and scholastic engagement.
