Shimla: Education Minister Rohit Thakur expressed profound grief over a fatal road accident near Kali Mata Temple in Jubbal. The accident occurred on Nandpur Road, where a vehicle with registration number HP39A0875 crashed and plunged into a 300-meter deep ditch around 1:30 PM. Tragically, four lives were lost in the incident.

The victims were identified as Manish (42 years), his wife Anjana (38 years), Jagat Ram (70 years), and his wife Bimala (60 years), first two from Nandpur and the last two from Old Jubbal in Shimla district. 

The district administration promptly released immediate relief funds to assist the families dealing with the aftermath of this tragic event.

Minister Thakur prayed for peace for the departed souls.
