Shimla: In a formal gesture of courtesy, Lt. General Manjinder Singh, YSM, VSM, the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief (GOC-in-C) of the Army Training Command (ARTRAC) in Shimla, paid a visit to Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla at Raj Bhavan on the 28th of December, 2023.
The meeting served as an opportunity for GOC-in-C to engage with the Governor in a respectful exchange.
