SHIMLA : STATE BJP today alleged that Aam Aadmi Party has closeness with the Khalistanis as the anti-national forces have raised their ugly heads Punjab ever since the AAP came to power in the state.
In a joint statement, State General secretary Trilok Jamwal, treasurer Sanjay Sood, Co-Media Incharge Karan Nanda and Social media head Puneet Sharma dug up tweets dating back to 2012 in support of their allegations against AAP.
They charged the anti-national agenda of Aam Aadmi Party has been exposed once again.
The closeness of Aam Aadmi Party with Khalistanis is evident, they alleged.
Ever since the Aam Aadmi Party government came to power in Punjab, the anti-national forces have started raising their voices against the country, they alleged.
After Punjab, its effect is now visible in Himachal also, BJP claimed. "Harpreet Singh Bedi, social media in-charge of Himachal Aam Aadmi Party is himself taking the side of Khalistanis. They are demanding separate currency and separate nation through tweets", they claimed.
The BJP claimed that tweets by AAP's Himachal Pradesh Social Media Chief have proved that Arvind Kejriwal is associated with Khalistanis.
Jamval said anti -national agenda of AAP is unacceptable to the country and to our state. Patriotic citizens of Virbhumi Himachal will give a befitting reply to those who talk about division of the country, he stated.
He alleged Harpreet Singh Bedi, a social convenor of AAP Himachal Pradesh, has posted a series of anti-India and pro- Khalistan tweets. Bedi has posted an dollar that depicts republic of khalistan with the photo of their khalistani leader, Jamval charged.
BJP further claimed that in the other tweet he has mentioned that in the constitution, Sikh can demand for Khalistan. There are repeated tweets supporting such anti-national movement, he claimed.
BJP leaders sought AAP clarification on AAP-Khalistani leaders connection charging that Arvind kejriwal is being funded by Khalistan leaders for anti-national movement.
