SHIMLA: Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur said they would change the “Riwaj” and would accomplish the “mission repeat” in the coming state assembly elections.
Thakur commented this on the sideline of the state executive which was held in Hamirpur on Tuesday. BJP did it four states and now the party would do it in Himachal under the leadership of Prime Minister Narender Modi and on the strength of the double engine government, he said.
Addressing the meeting Hamirpur BJP veteran leader and former Chief Minister Prof Prem Kumar Dhumal said they are fortunate to see BJP as the world's strongest party.
“Today our party is getting stronger under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi”, he said.
He said they have seen the struggle of the party and once they used to fight election in coalition. “But today we are in power with full majority”, Dhumal said.
He said that State Executive meeting is always a learning experience and the entire BJP organisation gets new energies from the same.
“We will set a new milestone in Himachal and we have only one mission that is mission repeat”, Dhumal asserted.
“I am sure that BJP will repeat the government in Himachal”, he said.
