Agnihotri Asserts Congress's Imminent Victory, Vikramaditya Singh Gains Momentum... Kangana Ranaut ticket is booked for Mumbai on June4, he adds...
RAMPUR– Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri expressed confidence that the Congress party is poised for a sweeping victory in the four Lok Sabha and six Assembly by-elections in Himachal Pradesh.
After getting a big push in a massive rally in his home Haroli constituency today, Agnihotri was speaking at large election rallies in Nankhari, Rampur, and Nirmand, Kullu district.
Agnihotri emphasized, "People believe in Congress's grassroots strength, not BJP's money power. This time, the people of Himachal will teach the conspirators a lesson."
Agnihotri, speaking in support of Vikramaditya Singh, said, "Vikramaditya is the future of the state, and we must secure and nurture our future. He is winning by a significant margin, and it’s only a matter of how many records his victory will break."
Taking a dig at former Chief Minister Jairam Thakur, Agnihotri remarked, "Thakur is exhausted from chasing after Kangana. Her ticket to Mumbai on June 4 is already booked. She is flustered, seeing her impending defeat.
Kangana should stick to the film industry; Vikramaditya is more than enough for the Mandi parliamentary constituency."
Vikramaditya Singh, outlining his vision for development, promised, "As an MP, I will establish a large fruit processing plant and a cold storage facility in Nankhari.
My priorities include transforming Mandi city into a smart city like Shimla and Dharamshala, setting up a medical college in Kullu, and constructing tunnels at Bhubu and Jalori Jot. Unlike my BJP rival, I have a clear vision and a solid plan. My opponent relies on chanting Modi's name for votes and uses language unbefitting of a daughter of this state."
CPM leader Rakesh Singha, an ally of the INDIA coalition, also spoke at the rally, highlighting Vikramaditya's impact on the BJP. "Vikramaditya has created a flutter within BJP ranks by focusing on key issues and steering clear of Kangana Ranaut's provocations, who often makes headlines for the wrong reasons."
Agnihotri criticized the BJP for attempting to destabilize the Congress government in the state. "The people of Himachal will respond to BJP's antics on June 2. Post-June 4, the Congress government will emerge even stronger, complete its tenure, and win the 2027 Assembly elections again."
Vikramaditya Singh appealed to the voters, "Elect me with a significant majority. I will leave no stone unturned to honor your trust. Ensure you cast your vote, as the outcome will shape the future course of national politics."
