Dehradun to Leh: Army Riders Pay Tribute at Hall of Fame

LEH: After eight days of grit and glory, the SuryaQuest Motorcycle Expedition 2025 thundered into Leh on Friday, wrapping up a ride that was as much about honour as it was about adventure.

Flagged in by Lt Gen Navin Sachdeva, Chief of Staff, Central Command, the bikers rolled into the Hall of Fame – the hallowed ground that immortalises India’s brave soldiers.

What began in Dehradun turned into a test of spirit as the riders battled the unforgiving climbs of Uttarakhand, Himachal and Ladakh before finally reaching the roof of the world.

But this was no ordinary road trip. Every mile was a salute — to the indomitable Indian Army, to the grit of border sentinels, and to the unbreakable bond of men and machines roaring through Himalayan heights.

For the riders, the journey stitched together endurance, camaraderie, and patriotism.

For onlookers, it was a reminder that biking can be more than speed and dust — it can be a moving tribute to the nation’s heroes.

From Dehradun to Leh, SuryaQuest rode not just on roads, but on pride.
