Shimla - The Revenue, Horticulture, and Tribal Development Minister, Jagat Singh Negi assured the apple farmers that the government would solve any problem that arhtiyas and farmers would face by adopting the new system of market ensuring sale of apple as per kg basis in the state.

He inspected the ongoing construction of the CA store in Rohru and directed the officers to complete it by July 31.

Addressing a gathering at the Sabzi Mandi in Mendli, Negi expressed the state government's commitment to the development of farmers and horticulturists.

As part of this commitment, it has been decided that apples will be sold on a kilogram basis this year, he said.

He praised Singh for his initiatives, such as the establishment of Mendli's vegetable market, the construction of the CA store, and the improvement of road conditions, all of which greatly benefited local gardeners.
