Lions Club members at Ashram near Shimla

Lions Club Shimla Brings Independence Day Joy to Underprivileged Children.

Lions Club Shimla marked the 78th Independence Day by spending time with orphaned and underprivileged children from Himachal Pradesh's tribal areas at Him Giri Kalyan Ashram, near Mehli, Shimla.

The club organized a special celebration, providing food, juices, and sweets to 40 children who live and study at the ashram.

The children expressed their gratitude with a cultural program, leaving the club members deeply touched.

"Bringing smiles to these young faces is the true essence of service," said Lions Club Shimla President Man Mohan Verma.

The Lions Club Shimla Chairman Lions Trust Kapil Dev Sood, Project Chairman Mukul Sood, along with Lion J.P. Sharma, Lion Sufal Sood, Lion Sunil Sood, Lion Ravi Sood, Lion Dr. Rajesh Chanana, Lion Sohan Lal, Lion Anil Sood, Lion Vinod, and Lion K.R. Sharma were also  present.
