CHANDIGARH/SHIMLA: The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) has unveiled the winners of the inaugural CII Corporate Women Leadership Awards in a spectacular ceremony that celebrated exceptional women making significant strides in the corporate world.
These awards pay tribute to the outstanding achievements of women who have left an indelible mark on the business landscape through their dedication and excellence.
Mr. R Dinesh, President of CII and Executive Vice Chairman of TVS Supply Chain Solutions Ltd, emphasized the importance of recognizing women leaders, stating that their contributions are transformative for both businesses and India's development.
The Past Chairperson of CII Northern Region & Co-Founder & Managing Trustee of The Infravision Foundation, Mrs. Rumjhum Chatterjee, highlighted the extraordinary leadership exhibited by women in India, who have risen to success despite formidable challenges.
A distinguished panel of jury members, led by Mrs. Rumjhum Chatterjee, adjudged the winners across 12 categories. The esteemed jury included industry leaders such as Mr. Anshuman Magazine, Mr. Deepak Jain, Ms. Pallavi Shroff, Dr. T Sarita Reddy, Ms. Radhika Bharat Ram, Mr. Sameer Gupta, and Mr. Sachin Tayal.
The Corporate Women Leadership Awards Steering Committee, in collaboration with technical partner Protiviti Member Firm for India, devised a robust assessment methodology to evaluate the achievements of exemplary women leaders across India.
