Shimla: Himachal Pradesh Police have stepped up road safety efforts by introducing new equipment. The new equipments will improve traffic management and make roads safer for the public in the stare.

Himachal Pradesh Police are making roads safer with new equipment promoting road safety culture in the state.
They've got 70 Alco Sensors, 50 interlocking barricades, and 160 collapsible barricades.
Also, they've got 160 traffic cones and 280 reflective bantons. Plus, they've added 8 desktop computers, 8 all-in-one printers, and 8 offline UPS units, Rathour informed.
With all these upgrades, Himachal Pradesh Police Traffic System is ready to offer better services to everyone using the roads.
These will be distributed across districts to enhance safety and streamline administrative tasks.
With these additions, the Himachal Pradesh Police Traffic System is geared towards providing more effective services for the state's tourists and other commuters and general public in the state.
