Bilaspur: The Congress government in Himachal Pradesh, led by Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, celebrated its two-year milestone with a massive event in Bilaspur.

 Thousands gathered at the packed venue, showcasing strong public support.
Key announcements included a scheme to support 23,000 orphaned children, financial aid for single women, and an initiative for unemployed youth through a taxi scheme.

Sukhu emphasized his government’s commitment to fulfilling promises, such as the ₹1500 monthly assistance for women.
Amid accusations from the BJP about unfulfilled guarantees, Sukhu countered by highlighting the financial challenges inherited from the previous government and the strides made in improving state revenue.
