Himachal Alert: Rain and Storm Predicted – Stay Cautious for the Next 5 Days!
SHIMLA: The weather in Himachal is set to turn again.
According to the Meteorological Centre in Shimla, rain and snowfall are likely in various parts of the state from May 8 to 14.
Light to moderate rain/snowfall is expected on May 8–9, with chances of scattered rain between May 10–12, and light snowfall in higher hills on May 13–14.
Districts like Shimla, Kullu, Mandi, Kangra, Chamba, Solan, and Sirmaur have been issued a thunderstorm and lightning alert. Winds could gust up to 40–60 kmph in some areas.
Minimum temperature in Kukumseri was recorded at 7.3°C, while maximum in Una touched 35°C.
Farmers and travelers are advised to remain alert and plan their activities according to the weather forecast.
