CM Expected to Arrive in Shimla on Saturday

The helicopter couldn't take off from Delhi, and now the Chief Minister is expected to arrive in Shimla on Saturday, according to a government spokesperson.

He didn't clarify whether or not  he has been discharged from the AIIMS New Delhi, where he was under treatment for his Pancreatic health problem since last week
