ED Attach DLF and other Properties worth Rs 442.85 Crore in Delhi, Mohali under PMLA

The assets include a 12,000 sq. yard farmhouse in DLF Chhatarpur, residential properties in Vasant Vihar and Punjabi Bagh, and plots in Karnal and Mohali.

These properties are linked to Siddhant Gupta and Sanjay Dhingra, the former promoters of Kwality Limited.

The assets were allegedly acquired through dummy companies.

The action has been taken under the PMLA, 2002.
