HP Guv Mourns Death of Ex-CS

SHIMLA: Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla expressed his condolences over the passing of Kanwar Shamsher Singh, the former Chief Secretary of Himachal Pradesh. 

In his message, the Governor said, "I pray to the Almighty to grant peace to the departed soul and give strength to the grief-stricken family members during this difficult time."
