SHIMLA: Congress and opposition parties leaders-Rahul Gandhi, Priyank Gandhi, Bihar CM Nitish Kumar, CPM Sitaram Yachuri, Tejsvi Yadav and others today put a united face during the swearing in ceremony of Karnataka CM and Deputy CM in Bangalore defying their common rival BJP ahead of 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has congratulated Siddaramaiah on being sworn in as Chief Minister of Karnataka. Sukhu also participated in his oath taking ceremony at Bengaluru today.
Swearing in ceremony was turned into the show of political might to the rival BJP ahead of the Lok Sabha polls in 2024.
He hope that under the dynamic leadership of Siddaramaiah, the Karnataka State will achieve new milestones in development. He said that the Congress party is committed for the welfare of the sections of the society with special care to the poor and oppressed sections.
Meanwhile, delegation of Karnataka Employees Association also met CM and sought details of OPS scheme being implemented in Himachal Pradesh as they also had demanded the same in Karnataka as well.
