SHIMLA: State Congress President MP Pratibha Singh said Congress will fulfill all its election promises that would be made to the people in its manifesto by making it a government document as soon as it comes to power. She said that people have a lot of expectations from the Congress, the main objective of the Congress is to fulfill those expectations.
In a statement issued here today, Pratibha Singh expressed her satisfaction over the meetings held by the All India Congress Committee with the observers and other leaders of the party appointed for the state assembly elections.
She said the workers including Congress leaders in the state are looking forward positively for the elections and there is a lot of enthusiasm among the public.
She said the results of the assembly elections in the state would decide the condition and direction of the country's politics.
She said that Congress's victory in the four by-elections in the state has sent a strong message to the the country. BJP government at the Center was forced to admit that people were suffering from rising inflation and unemployment and it had caught imagination of the people.
She said that BJP has always practiced politics of opportunism, due to which the country is suffering.
Pratibha Singh said the wave of change of power in Himachal Pradesh has started with four by-elections.
She said that Congress has manpower whereas BJP has been trying to influence people with money power.
She said Jai Ram government has failed on every front in the state and the people is bidding farewell government is for surely happening.
