Vikas Bhardwaj Appointed Registrar General of Himachal Pradesh High Court
Shimla, August 27: Shri Vikas Bhardwaj has been appointed as the Registrar General of the High Court of Himachal Pradesh with immediate effect.
Bhardwaj was serving as Registrar (Vigilance) in the High Court, a position he held since October 16, 2024.
He qualified the Himachal Pradesh Higher Judicial Services Examination in 2014, securing the first position, and was appointed as Additional District and Sessions Judge in September the same year.
During his judicial career, Bhardwaj served as Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Una, and Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ghumarwin. He later served as District and Sessions Judge at Hamirpur and Kullu.
He was posted to the High Court as Registrar (Judicial) in December 2018. Subsequently, he was appointed Registrar (Vigilance) with effect from October 16, 2024.
With his latest appointment, Bhardwaj has assumed charge as Registrar General of the High Court of Himachal Pradesh with immediate effect.
