Senior Journalist Anand Bodh Passes Away

Shimla: Senior Assistant Editor of the Times of India, Anand Bodh, posted at Shimla has passed away. He died today at IGMC due to cardiac arrest.

He hails from Lahaul-Spiti.  He was cremated at Bhuntar his native town. 

His untimely demise is a great loss to journalism, where he was known for his impactful reporting.

Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu expressed his condolences, saying, "Anand Bodh's passing is an irreplaceable loss to the journalistic fraternity. His insightful contributions will be deeply missed." 

Our prayers are with his family in this difficult time. May his soul rest in peace. 

Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri expressed deep sorrow over the sudden demise of Anand Bodh.

Agnihotri praised Bodh's dedication to journalistic principles and his impactful reporting on important issues in Himachal Pradesh.

He remarked on the invaluable opportunity of working alongside committed journalists like Bodh and acknowledged his contribution to public awareness.

Agnihotri extended his heartfelt condolences to Bodh’s family.

Bodh is survived by his son and wife.
