IIT Hyderabad is gearing up to host 'IInvenTiv 2024,' India's largest Research and Development (R&D) Innovation Fair in higher education.
The event, scheduled for January 19th and 20th, will showcase the contributions of 23 IITs and 50 top-ranking engineering institutions from across the country.
As in the previous year, IIT Mandi will be an integral part of this mega R&D Fair, contributing to the diverse array of innovations presented. Dr. B.V.R. Mohan Reddy, Chairman of the IInvenTiv 2024 Steering Committee, alongside Prof. B.S. Murty, Director of IIT Hyderabad, and other committee members, will address the media, providing insights into the event's significance and expectations.
*IInvenTiv 2024*, in its second edition, stands as the Ministry of Education's flagship event. Beyond the participation of prestigious IITs, the fair will also feature major educational institutions like NITs, IISERs, IISc Bangalore, and the top 50 NIRF-ranked engineering institutions. The focus of this year's edition will be on five key themes: Affordable Healthcare, Agriculture & Food Processing, Defense & Space, Industry 4.0, and Sustainable Technologies.
The event promises to be a celebration of ingenuity and technological advancements, serving as a platform to showcase the holistic impact of research and innovation carried out by the nation's top Higher Education Institutes.
