SHIMLA: Anuradha Rana, a firebrand young tribal leader will take on the Congress rebel and BJP candidate Ravi Thakur while Subhash Chand will take on another Congress rebel and BJP candidate Inderdutt Lakhanpal from Barsar state assembly by-elections.
According to INC the party has given ticket to Anuradha, the Chairperson from Lahaul-Spiti. Anuradha was the frontrunner as highlighted by HimbuMail.
She will take the might of turncoat Ravi Thakur who now faces music from her as she is a formidable candidate who is youthful, can serve and deliver better results in Lahaul Spiti, say her supporters.
On the other hand Subhash Chand, a first timer can give a tough contest to Lakhanpal, a turncoat in Barsar in Hamirpur district.
