Shimla: In a vibrant celebration of Constitution Day, the Center for Comparative Public Law (CCPL) and the Center for Parliamentary Studies (CPS) at Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla, came together under the leadership of Professor (Dr.) Nishtha Jaswal, the Vice Chancellor.

The distinguished speaker for the occasion was Professor (Dr.) R. Venkata Rao, the Vice Chancellor of the Indian International University of Legal Education and Research in Goa.
During his address, Professor Rao delved into the historical journey and dynamics of the Indian Constitution, spanning the years post-independence to current trends.
