Cycle Expedition Reaches World's Highest Polling Station in Tashigang... spreading the message of voting among people in the Indo China border... But grey areas of low voter's turnout...?
KAZA: On Day 7 of the Cycle Expedition from Shimla to Tashigang, State Election Icon Jasprit Pal reached his final destination: the world’s highest polling station in Tashigang, Lahaul-Spiti.
Situated at a staggering 15,256 feet in the Spiti Subdivision of the Mandi Lok Sabha seat, this remarkable achievement has sent message wide across for roping in the remotest of voters in Himachal which goes to polls on June 1.

Upon arrival, Jasprit Pal encouraged voters to turn out in large numbers for the upcoming elections on June 1, 2024. His journey and message were widely shared by Maneesh Garg of the Election Commission of India first covered by HimbuMail and others media platforms.

The polling stations in past elections have also witnessed cent per cent voting.
Ideally the CEO could have utilized its funds by sending Expedition to the areas which are witnessing low voters turnout in the state and should support digital media by advertising its message among the voters.
