Er. S.P. Jagota Appointed as Engineer-in-Chief of PWD (Quality Control)Himachal Pradesh

Shimla: Er. S.P. Jagota, currently serving as Chief Engineer (South) in the Himachal Pradesh Public Works Department (PWD), has been elevated to the post of Engineer-in-Chief, QualityControl.

With an extensive career in the department, Jagota has been instrumental in overseeing major infrastructure projects in the state.

His promotion comes at a crucial time when the PWD is tackling road connectivity challenges, particularly in disaster-prone areas.

Officials believe that under his leadership, the department will focus on strengthening roads, bridges, and other vital public infrastructure across Himachal Pradesh  with improvements in quality.
