Kewal Dhareula in Sydney Australia at function to raise funds for Himachal floods victims

SHIMLA – In a heartwarming display of solidarity, the Himachal Association Australia (HAA) organized a spectacular cultural event in Sydney to raise funds for the victims of the devastating natural calamities, including unprecedented rains and cloud bursts that wreaked havoc in Himachal Pradesh.

With an aim to provide much-needed aid and assistance to the affected communities in Himachal Pradesh, the HAA left no stone unturned in creating an unforgettable evening of performances, showcasing the rich cultural heritage of the Indian state. 

Members of the Himachal Association Australia, along with other talented artists, poured their hearts into the performances, garnering admiration and applause from the audience.

Throughout the event, numerous heartfelt speeches were delivered, emphasizing the urgency of supporting those who have lost their homes, livelihoods, and loved ones to the devastating floods. Attendees were moved by the stories shared about the resilience and determination of the people affected by the calamities.

Local businesses and philanthropists extended their support by donating valuable items and services, further enriching the event's contribution to the cause.

These efforts aim to provide essential supplies, medical aid, and rehabilitation support to the affected communities, helping them rebuild their lives in the wake of the catastrophe.

Mr Kewal Dhareula the founder  member the Himachal Association Australia, expressed his gratitude to everyone who attended the event and contributed to the noble cause.

President of Association Vijay Sharma remarked, "We are deeply touched by the  support we received from the Sydney community. Together, we can make a significant difference in the lives of those facing hardships in Himachal Pradesh. This event showcases the strength of humanity and our commitment to helping our fellow beings in their time of need."
