SHIMLA: High Court of Himachal Pradesh has adjourned the hearing on the Wildflower Hall hotel case until November 24.
The decision was made following a request from the Advocate for EIH Ltd, who cited unavailability for the current hearing date.
The single bench, presided over by Justice Satyen Vaidya, conducted the proceedings and permitted the Advocate of EIH Ltd to participate virtually through video conferencing in case the Advocate cannot come on November 24.
The fate of the prestigious Wildflower Hall remains uncertain, despite a previous ruling in favor of the Himachal Pradesh government, granting them the authority to take possession of this prime property located near Charabra in the hills of Shimla.
EIH Ltd has been the running this prime hotel property for several years.
