Bus stuck behind Boulder in the Beas river in Manali

MANALI: In a tragic incident near Bahnu on the Beas River close to Manali, a private bus accident left 12 passengers injured.

The passengers were lucky as the bus took two truns off road and plunged right behind a huge Boulder that saved them from drowning  into the rushing Beas river.

There were 26 passengers on board. 

The police is probing the case reason behind the mishap that has caused significant distress among passengers who were rushed to Manali hospital fir treatment where they are reported to be stable. 

Expressing his deep sorrow and concern, the Chief Minister stated, "I am deeply saddened by the news of the private bus accident near Bahnu. We have directed the relevant authorities to provide every possible assistance and medical care to the injured passengers."

He further assured that all necessary measures are being taken to ensure the well-being of the injured. "We are taking appropriate care of the passengers' health and wish them a speedy recovery," the Chief Minister added.
