Festival Director Pushp Raj Thakur expressed his excitement about the event, emphasizing its role in celebrating the art of cinema from India and abroad.
The festival is organized annually by Himalayan velocity in association with the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and the Language Art and Culture Department of the Government of Himachal Pradesh.
