In the second incident, Sarkaghat Police intercepted Surendra Kumar, aged 39, from Village Jhanjhail (Sasnu), post office Ropardi tehsil, Sarkaghat district, Mandi (H.P.), and confiscated 9.62 grams of hashish from his possession.
