Speaker, Mr. Kuldeep Singh Pathania told media that session witnessed the completion of five meetings spanning 33 hours, boasting a remarkable productivity rate of 132 percent, he added.

Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly, Shri Vinay Kumar, was unanimously elected with consensus from both parties on the first day of the session.
A total of 471 questions were posed to the government, comprising 348 starred questions (286 online, 62 offline) and 123 unstarred questions (109 online, 14 offline).
The government responded to 260 starred and 119 unstarred questions during the session.
Legislators engaged in in-depth discussions under various rules, covering four topics under Rule 61, five under Rule 62, and one under Rule 63.
Additionally, meaningful discussions took place on five topics under Rule 101, two under Rule 102, seven under Rule 130, and seven under Rule 324.
The assembly received 41 committee reports, and ministers presented department-related documents, along with significant statements.
The Comptroller and Auditor General of India's reports for the year 2022-2023 were also tabled.
Mr. Pathania expressed satisfaction with the productive year, completing 31 meetings, highlighting the previous session's 106 percent productivity over 36 hours and 38 minutes, receiving 739 information queries from honorable members.
Mr. Pathania conveyed gratitude to Chief Minister, Leader of Opposition, Deputy Chief Minister, Parliamentary Affairs Minister, and all participants, ensuring the smooth conduct of proceedings. He also thanked the Deputy Speaker, assembly members, and various government officials for their contributions.
Mr. Pathania extended advance Christmas and New Year wishes, hoping for a happy, prosperous, and successful year ahead for the state and its citizens.
