Shimla: The Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) has declared the final results for various administrative posts, with Megha Singh Kanwar emerging as the HPAS topper, leading a list of 30 candidates recommended for appointment to prestigious services in the state.

Megha comes from Simaur. 

Anchal Kumari from Nerwa was the second topper and was selected for HPPS.

Both Megha and Anchal are the graduates of Dr YS Parmar University of horticulture and forestry, Nauni. 

The selected candidates have been allotted services including HPAS, HPPS, Block Development Officer (BDO), Tehsildar, District Controller (Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs) and Assistant Commissioner (State Taxes & Excise).

The results mark a significant moment for aspirants who cleared one of the toughest competitive examinations in the state.

 

Among the successful candidates is Aanchal Kumari, who has brought pride to the Chaupal Assembly constituency. She has been recommended for HPPS Unreserved. She comes from Ghunta family.

Anuj Sharma (WFF), Metreyee Bhardwaj (OBC), Jeevan Lal (SC), Aakriti (SC) – Tehsildar

Shivam Chauhan (OBC), Rajnish Thakur (EWS), Aman Bharti (SC) – Assistant Commissioner

 

The Commission stated that all recommendations are subject to verification of documents and certificates by the Government of Himachal Pradesh.
