Shimla- Himachal Pradesh Kaushal Vikas Nigam (HPKVN) has recently entered into partnerships with 10 Sector Skill Councils (SSCs), aiming to foster academic opportunities and skill development for the youth in Himachal Pradesh.

These collaborations signify the government's commitment to addressing skill gaps in the workforce and ensuring that the training provided aligns with industry requirements.

By working together with educational institutions, industry experts, and government bodies, HPKVN has created an environment conducive to skill development.

The combined effort will offer more than 4,000 seats in various free courses across multiple sectors.

HPKVN is investing approximately Rs. 15 crore in these training programs. The MoUs cover a diverse range of sectors such as automotive, handicrafts, media, agriculture, logistics, gems and jewelry, sports, capital goods, and furniture.

This broad collaboration aims to create a talented and skilled workforce, providing the youth with unique learning opportunities and paving the way for their future success.
