A special shout-out to those physical education teachers who sweat it out with trainees from 5 a.m. till 8 p.m., producing top athletes.
And yes, a round of applause for those who, during sports competitions, prefer sunbathing near the mess.
Let’s not overlook those humble teachers who offer free classes even after school hours. And then there are the multitasking masters who, during school hours, are busy arranging bricks, sand, and cement for their private construction projects.
Special greetings to the teachers who, even during school hours, find time to help students build science models, prepare for quizzes, direct dramas, and organize field trips.
And equally deserving are those teachers who manage to juggle their school duties while supervising construction sites for their spouse’s business.
Kudos to those who teach brilliantly in government schools and to those who, though perhaps not in school, teach excellently at their private coaching centers or academies, often running under someone else’s name.

And a big nod to the “smartest” ones, who never tire of posting selfies with political leaders in the school WhatsApp group, flaunting their “honor” with pride.

Some spend half their salary on the school’s welfare, while others can’t help but drool over the funds collected from the midday meal scheme, tournaments, and even staff contributions.
To the compassionate teachers who contribute part of their salary to ensure that the malnourished children in their school get a nutritious lunch—your kindness knows no bounds.
And to those divine souls who seem to think the Mid-Day Meal was designed to cure *their* hunger—special greetings to you too!
Some have even been spotted sneaking into school on their casual leave just to grab the MDM lunch.
