DHARAMSHALA: Congress party has announced Devendra Singh Jaggi as its candidate from the Dharamshala Assembly constituency.

 This decision comes as a surprise to many, as Jaggi has been  Mayor of Dharamshala when Sudhir Sharma was the urban development Minister.

But he is contesting against a  seasoned politician Sudhir Sharma, a Congress rebel who is now representing the BJP.
