SHIMLA: Apart from the issue of functioning of the HP staff service selection commission, the issue closing down of over 500 offices opened at the fag end of the previous Jai Ram Thakur by the Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu government is expected to be another main issue at 14th Vidhan Sabha that will start its first session from January 4 at Dharamashala.
The government has issued notification on this today.
Apart from issue of delay in appointment of the ministers, the opposition BJP is flexing its muscle on the issue of denotification of the offices which were opened during the fag end of the previous government.
BJP had already staged the protest charging the Sukhu government of acting with a political vendetta- a charge that Congress dismissed as baseless and misleading to the people.
Chief Minister has categorically stated that the government has adopted zero tolerance to corruption in Himachal Pradesh. Those responsible for paper leakages at the HPSSC would not be spared.
