Shimla: Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu dedicated a slew of projects totaling Rs. 205 crore in the Jawalamukhi assembly constituency today.
The highlight of the dedication ceremony was the foundation stone laying of the Rs. 92.38 crore Sukh Ashray Adarsh Gram Parisar at Luthan, set to provide modern residential facilities to beneficiaries under the Mukhya Mantri Sukh-Ashray Yojna.
Additionally, the Chief Minister inaugurated various projects including the improvement and augmentation of lift water supply schemes, a new police station building, and additional accommodation for the Government Senior Secondary School (Girls).
He also opened a marriage palace-cum-parking facility by the temple trust Jawalaji Shakti Peeth.
Furthermore, Chief Minister Sukhu laid the foundation stones for several irrigation projects, a model day boarding school, a multipurpose hall at Government Degree College, channelization of Khara Nala, and various other infrastructure developments in the region.
