Shimla: The spells of snow and rains  w in Upper Shimla, Kufri-Fagu, Narkanda, Manali, Keylong, Kalpa Kaza has brought a  sigh of big relief to the farming community, and has triggered influx in tourists in Himachal.

 IMD has predicted light to moderate rainfall in Himachal on Thursday promising valuable nourishment to the soil and apple plants and magnet for  tourists making beeline for hills from across Metropolis and cities. 

Khirki, Charki, Chopal, Shilgran, and beyond have received over 10 inches of snow and is still continuing.

The farmers welcome the prospect of a good season ahead.
