Shimla:  Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu and Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri expressed deep sorrow over the tragic bus accident in the Shawa area of Anni subdivision, Kullu district, which claimed three lives and left several injured.

The ill-fated bus, carrying 40 passengers, was en route from Karsog to Anni when the accident occurred. Eleven injured passengers are undergoing treatment at IGMC Shimla and Rampur Hospital, while others are receiving medical care at nearby health centers.

The Chief Minister wished for the speedy recovery of the injured and directed the district administration to ensure the best possible medical assistance for the victims. He assured that the state government would extend all necessary support to the affected families.

Praying for the peace of the departed souls, CM Sukhu said, “We will ensure every possible help to the affected families in this hour of need. I pray for strength for the bereaved families to bear this irreparable loss and for the speedy recovery of the injured.”

Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri also expressed condolences, stating, “The loss of lives in this tragic accident is heartbreaking. Our government stands with the affected families and will provide all necessary assistance to them.”
