BJP's Vipin Parmar inShimla press conference today

Addressing a press conference in Shimla, Parmar expressed deep dismay over Sukhu's recent statement referring to his own party's legislators as "black snakes."

He labeled Sukhu's choice of words as a reflection of the government's faltering leadership and criticized the Congress party for its handling of law and order in the state.

Parmar highlighted the growing discontent among Congress legislators, evident from recent protests and the cancellation of party memberships.

He underscored the need for introspection within the Congress party, pointing out instances of neglect towards its own members and the resultant political turmoil in the state.

Furthermore, Parmar questioned the legitimacy of the Sukhu government's actions, citing the suspension of  BJP  legislators during the budget session as undemocratic.

He said that such authoritarianism only weaken the democratic fabric of the state.

Parmar alleged that  remarks showed that political tensions in Himachal Pradesh Congress is rampant, with allegations of mismanagement and favoritism leveled against the Sukhu administration by his own MLA andMinisters.

He called for a transparent evaluation of the government's performance and urged the Chief Minister to prioritize the restoration of peace and order in the state over partisan politics.

He charged that the rift within the Congress party has deepened and discontentment among legislators  is  growing.
