In a statement released by Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Himachal Pradesh, Maneesh Garg said that the prohibition extends to the publication or publicity of exit poll results through both print and electronic media channels."

This decision underscores the Election Commission's commitment to ensuring a level playing field for all candidates and parties, safeguarding the democratic principles of transparency and fairness," Garg said.
