The victims, who had been returning home from Kamrunag yatra were identified as Kirparam (38), Kamal Kumar (22), and Anil Dutt (52).
The injured individuals were promptly rescued with the assistance of locals and the police, and they are currently receiving treatment at Sundargarh Hospital.
The deceased have been identified as Lala Ram (50) from Dhol Dhar, Sunil Kumar (35) from Panjra Gallu, Govindaran Ram (60) from Dolar Dhol Dhar, and Mohan (55) from Kushla.
Police is investigating the cause of the accident.
CM Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu extended deep condolences to the families of the deceased and directed Mnandi administration to provide all assistance and relief.
