Ratan Tata is "Assam Baibhav " caring for Cancer Patients in Assam

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has tweeted saying that the Assam Baibhav is the highest civilian award given to a citizen of India for contribution to the state. He thanked and congratulated India’s great philanthropist and  industrialist  Ratan Tata for his immense contribution  to the cancer care in Assam.
